McKinney Texas was officially established in 1913. It consists of roughly 63 square miles and 156,821 residents and about 55,489 homes. This beautiful North Texas town sits in Collin County and is 32 miles north of Dallas. It is a perennial addition to the list of great places to live in the United States and is blessed with a strong school system and many amenities.

Adriatica
Adriatica is a $350 million, 45-acre mixed-use project on Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Drive and is modeled after Supetar, a small fishing village on the island of Brac off the coast of Croatia. The whole purpose of Adriatica was to bring back the spirit of village life and community.
You can purchase either a condo or villa with features you would expect in a modern executive home. For example open floorplans, high-end countertops, hand-scraped wood floors, wine bars and so on.
Children attend the McKinney Independent School District, including Glen Oaks Elementary School, Dowell Middle School, and McKinney Boyd High School.
Auburn Hills
Auburn Hills is in McKinney, Texas just North of Hwy 380 and adjacent to Baylor Hospital. The 100-acre Gray Branch Community Park sits across the street. Giving residents access to an indoor and outdoor recreation facility along with active sports fields, an amphitheater, pond and plenty of hike and bike trails.
Auburn Hills features walking trails, lakes, an on-site amenity center, and many other amenities. Currently, 859 homes sites have been approved in the rolling hills of this neighborhood. The Children of Auburn Hills will attend the awesome Prosper ISD.
Children attend the McKinney Independent School District, including McClure Elementary School, Johnson Middle School, and McKinney North High School.
Hardin Lake
Hardin Lake is truly a special place to live. The community is on a quiet side road off of Hardin and boasts a beautiful lake along the southern border of the neighborhood. Trees line the southern border as well. Since Hardin Lake is built on a hillside the lots are terraced with stone retaining walls. This ensures beautiful views from all the homes.
Children attend the McKinney Independent School District, including Valley Creek Elementary School, Faubion Middle School, and McKinney High School.
Isleworth
Being a part of Stonebridge Ranch provides residents with all the great Stonebridge amenities. As a gated neighborhood, residents are provided with an extra layer of security.
Residents can take advantage of the country club, tennis, golf, restaurants within walking distance, social events and much more.

Mallard Lakes
Mallard Lakes is a very beautiful and unique neighborhood. Homes sit on large lots and the neighborhood is up on a hill off of Virginia Pkwy in McKinney. When you enter the neighborhood you get a sense of peacefulness due to the majestic homes and mature trees.
Children attend the McKinney Independent School District, including Walker Elementary School, Faubion Middle School, and McKinney Boyd High School. The exemplary rated elementary school is across from the neighborhood making it very convenient for parents and students.
Serenity
Serenity has a long and unique heritage in McKinney. You see, it was originally the McKinney Country Club and Golf Course. Located in the Lovejoy ISD and sitting next to the 600 acre Heard MuseumNature Preserve, this is a neighborhood with tons of charm.
Serenity consists of traditional style single-family homes built between 2010 and 2013. Homes average 5,100 square feet with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and four-car garages. The average lot size is a minimum of one half-acres.
Stonebridge Estates

Tucker Hill has homes ranging in size from 1,800 square feet to over 5,000. Lot sizes range from 41' to 72'. Both rear entry and front entry homes are available. Fiber-optic to the door. There will be approximately 650 homes. Prices range from the high 200's to over 800k.

Trinity Falls
Trinity Falls consists of 1,700 acres near the Trinity River and a short drive from the newly expanded Hwy 75. This makes commuting easy for the residents of Trinity Falls.
